Sublimation is a chemical process in which a solid substance is converted into a gas directly, without passing through an immediate liquid phase. This allows the high density inks to infuse into the fabric as opposed to the more traditional solvent-based printing which has the ink sit on the surface.

Sublimation produces outstanding resolution. You can get a sharp clear image even on polyester, which provides a finished product of great flexibility and durability.

The process also produces a glossy image, which will last years without fading. It is waterproof, washable and does not suffer from excessive folding or creasing; suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications and printable on an area up to 1800mm width.
